Insurance Policy

SwiftDeli offers optional insurance coverage for your deliveries to provide additional protection and peace of mind. Insurance costs are calculated based on the declared value of your items.

Insurance Rates:

  • Basic Coverage (up to 100,000 MMK): 2,000 MMK
  • Standard Coverage (up to 300,000 MMK): 5,000 MMK
  • Premium Coverage (up to 500,000 MMK): 8,000 MMK

For security and liability reasons, we do not accept the following items for delivery:

  • Mobile phones and electronic devices
  • Gold, jewelry, and precious stones
  • Cash and negotiable instruments
  • Antiques and artwork
  • Any items valued above 500,000 MMK
  • Insurance claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof of item value must be provided when making a claim
  • Insurance does not cover damage due to improper packaging
  • SwiftDeli reserves the right to assess and verify all claims
  • Compensation will be based on actual value or declared value, whichever is lower
